- Pre-registration by prospective participants and confirmation by the coordinator are required to be able to participate in the program. - Sending an e-mail, which is preferable, to the coordinator at ethem.sancak@spk.gov.tr or a fax message at +90 212 334 56 00 with prospective participants' names, titles and contact information will be treated as application for registration. Mailing a letter will work as well. - Due date is October 16th, 2009 for registrations. However, early applications for registrations are much appreciated. - The program is designed for all levels. - There is no restriction on number of participants for a country or a jurisdiction. More than 2 or 3 participants are welcome too. - Language of the program is English. - The program and social events are FREE of charge. - The program coordinator does not guarantee space for all prospective participants. - The coordinator does not promise and provide any accommodations. Each participant should arrange and reserve his or her hotel room, flight and transportation. - Program materials will be compiled and distributed for all participants and speakers. - All participants and speakers might be subject to security control before entering in the conference venue. - Smoking is not permitted in the ISE building. - The CMB and the ISE have strict policies against sexual harassment as well as unlawful harassment of any form, including harassment because of a person's race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, and age or disability status. It is our expectation that while participating in the program and related activities, delegates will support and maintain this harassment-free environment. Any incidence of harassment may result in an immediate termination of a delegate's participation in the program.
