Capital Markets Board, Head of EU Affairs Group

Graduated from Business Administration Department of Ankara University Political Science Faculty in 1989. She worked as expert in Corporate Finance Departments and EU Affairs Group at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) where she started working in 1990. She is still working as Head of EU Affairs Group at the CMB. Has MBA Degree from Manchester Business School (UK). Has been involved in studies and regulation activities especially about public offer, corporate governance and harmonisation of Turkish legislation with the EU in the CMB. Besides, she is resident twinning advisor counterpart of Twinning Project, assisting the Capital Markets Board of Turkey to comply fully with EU capital markets standards.
