Capital Markets Board, Senior Expert

She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, Department of Business Administration in 1987. Since 1987, she has been working for the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, at the beginning as an expert then as a senior expert. She has two master degrees (MBA) at Ankara University in 1992 and University of Maryland in 1987. She has the Ph.D degree at Hacettepe University in 2002. She has two thesis which are subjected "Take-over" and "Holding Companies" and she wrote a book which is called "Economic Value Added-EVA". Her foreign language is English.
