Nevzat ÖZTANGUT

The Chairman of The Association of Capital Market Intermediary Institutions of Turkey.
The Member of the Executive Board and the Member of the Board of Directors of Garanti Securities.

Mr. Öztangut worked as an auditor and a chief auditor between 1984-1994 at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. Simultaneously, he lectured in Marmara University between 1992-1997.

After ten years at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, Öztangut has continued his career in private sector. He joined Garanti Investment Bank as a Board of Directors Advisor in 1994. He became the General Manager of Garanti Securities in 1996. Between 2003-2006 he was an executive director responsible for financial news and broadcasting of CNBC-e TV channel.

Mr. Öztangut is the CEO of the Growing Enterprises Markets Automated Quotation Inc.

Öztangut has aslo the seats at the following professional institutions;

• The member of the Board of Directors in Garanti Invesment Trusts
• The member of the Board of Directors in the Istanbul Stock Exchange Settlement and Custody Bank
• The member of the Capital Market Sector Committee of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey
• The member of the Garanti Bank & Securities Mutual Fund's Board

Nevzat ÖZTANGUT was born in 1961, graduated from Şişli Terakki High School in 1979 and Department of Economics at Hacettepe University in 1984.
